What is an unpleasant breath smell and how can it be cured?

An unpleasant breath smell is produced by bacteria that grow in the mouth. The bacteria accumulate on the food left in your mouth when you don’t brush and floss on a routine basis. The sulphur compounds produced by the bacteria are what makes your breath smell bad.

Tips to cure bad breath:
- Observing proper oral hygiene.
- Brushing your teeth two times a day with a fluoride-based toothpaste which removes plaque and any food debris.
