The solution is a strong bleaching gel and requires an experienced and qualified dentist to conduct the treatment. 

The at home treatment is an alternative way to whiten your teeth without sitting in a dental chair. Your dentist will provide a take home kit of clear teeth trays covered in whitening gel. This is a safe and effective way to brighten your smile in the comfort of your home. Usually we will issue one of these home kits as standard following an In-chair procedure to allow our patients to “touch up” the shade of their teeth throughout the ensuing months and years after the initial appointment.

After any Teeth Whitening procedure, it is important that you follow up with your dentist to discuss the outcome of your treatment. It is also important to note that once your teeth have been whitened to your satisfaction, changing the foods and drinks you consume will maintain the brightness of your smile and keep It looking clean. i.e. less or different forms of caffeine and ideally eliminating smoking.
